Coffee 

Calgary Heritage Roasting Company LTD. does not accept returns on whole bean (roasted/green) coffee as it is a perishable food item. Packaging that is damaged and product deemed unsafe or unusable will be replaced on a case by case basis.  For merchandise We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@calgaryheritageroastingco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  1. C. Heritage Co. stands behind its goods and since we are a craft manufacturer we are able to repair our own products in our own facilities. We are not just interested in being reactive to nicks and tears, we want to help your garment perform its best for a long time to come. With this in mind we have designed an unparalleled Warranty and Maintenance program.
  2. C. Heritage Co. guarantees all of our goods from all manufacturers, workmanship, and material defects. C. Heritage Co’s Rugged Guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. All defective or damaged products will be returned to C. Heritage Co. for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of C. Heritage Co. Once we have completed our evaluation, we will contact you. If we are unable to reach you directly, we will leave a voice message and/or send an email. Item(s) will be considered abandoned and returned after 60 days from the last contact with you.

30 Day Defective Exchange -  No Questions Asked

If there is a manufacturer defect within 30 days of purchase it may be replaced by the authorized Dealer from where it was purchased. To obtain a replacement product, please fill out this form. A goods specialist will review the defective item and reach out via email. If you purchased from an authorized retailer please contact the authorized dealer where your garment was purchased. C. Heritage Co. will cover return shipping of goods which have manufacturers, workmanship, and material defects to the customer.

Warranty

If your C. Heritage Co. product fails within the first year of ownership C. Heritage Co. will repair or replace your product and get you back into the outdoors doing what you love. To initiate this repair, please contact the authorized dealer where your garment was purchased. If you purchased your garment directly from C. Heritage Co. please fill out this form and.

If your C. Heritage Co. products fail due to excessive wear, accidents involving horses, barbed wire, snagged lures, falling down and/or off a mountain, falling overboard, using your gear as a cushion on frozen ground, catching embers from a campfire, and/or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time, C. Heritage Co. will make every effort to repair your gear for a reasonable fee. 

Please make sure your items are clean and dry. C. Heritage Co. will return your product if it is not fit for repair. Make sure to remove all personal items and accessories.

  1. C. Heritage Co. is not responsible for lost items. Please empty all pockets and remove any accessories.  

Please note, it is REQUIRED to have a Repairs Case Number, prior to shipment to C. Heritage Co., please ensure your package has your Case Number clearly written on the outside of the box, and we recommend insuring your package and obtaining a tracking number. To create a Repairs Case Number, please begin your return by filling out this form.

 Returns and Exchanges

At C. Heritage Co. we don’t believe in unnecessary shipping, or production of garments and its toll on our environment. Please ensure you follow our fitting guidelines when ordering online, also ensure this is a garment you truly want, or simply visit our retail store space at 2020 11 SE, Calgary, AB.

  1. C. Heritage Co. will accept returns within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method as soon as the item(s) is received by C. Heritage Co. and the credit is processed by the payment processor (bank, credit card or Pay Pal). Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  2. C. Heritage Co. does not accept returns for dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned to you.

     

    *If you decide to return an item, return shipping of purchased goods from C. Heritage Co. will be burdened by the customer. 

     Return Instructions:

    2. Ensure goods/garments are packaged appropriately and meet all of the return guidelines. 
    3. Please fill out the online returns form

    When you are ready to ship your item(s)

    1. Pack your gear and the Return paperwork inside the box

    3. C. Heritage Co. is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged during shipping. Please ensure you have insurance.
